What We Do
OPDC acts as a catalyst between developers, property and business owners, and Village staff and officials. OPDC:
- Develops and administers financial incentives to attract and support businesses
- Helps companies find commercial locations through its database of available properties
- Encourages new or expanded business development and tourism
- Works to increase Oak Park’s tax base and tax revenue
