Help with Available Sites & Buildings
This commercial database includes for sale or lease spaces, buildings, and development sites in Oak Park. Properties are identified as retail, office, or commercial (zoned office or retail.)
These tips will help you navigate:
- The system defaults to available buildings, by size (number of square feet) in descending order. To search by address: a) click on the “Sort” button and choose “Name,” and b) uncheck the box that reads “descending order.” Whether a space/building is for sale or lease is indicated in the details available about the listing, by clicking on it.
- To search for available sites, either click on “property search” in the upper right corner, or click on “refine search” on the left, and choose “sites” rather than “buildings.” The system defaults to sites sorted by size (in acres) in descending order. To search by address: a) click on the “Sort” button and choose “Name,” and b) uncheck the box that reads “descending order.”
- Clicking on a listing provides you with additional details, including a contact person for the property. There is also information about Oak Park financial incentives: click “taxes and incentives” on the left.
